Additional Items
Sale of Alcohol			If selling alcohol the Alcohol license is applied for directly through Wokingham Borough Council £21.00 The hall has a bar area this is not stocked or staffed.
Table Hire			We have up to fourteen 5ft 6" round banqueting tables available for hire at £10.00 each.
Crockery & Cutlery			We have quality white crockery and stainless steel cutlery available for hire at £10.00 per 10 settings.

The minimum hire period is two hours, except on Saturday evenings when the minimum hire period for all rooms is six hours.

All prices are subject to change. They will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Deposits

For any bookings between the hours of 08.00 - 18.00 a deposit of £150.00 is required.

For party/wedding package bookings 08.00 - 00.00, large gatherings or any weekend evening bookings a deposit of £300.00 is required.

Returnable deposits are charged to cover the possibility of damage, breakages and additional cleaning where necessary. Cleaning is the responsibility of the hirer and if not satisfactory your deposit will not be returned.

Discounts

Discounts are available to regular users of the Halls. These discounts do not apply to the kitchen, licensed bar or winter heating charges.
